1. Each team will be given 10 min time for the event. No negative marking would be applied for exceeding the time till another 5 minutes.

2. Contestants will have to check-in a walk-in guest visiting the hotel for the first time, and should complete the check-in, in the stipulated time following automated / manual Standard Operating Procedures. Guest profiles and time slots will be allotted through chits. Each team will be given 5-6 min time to prepare themselves based on guest profile picked-up.

3. Marks would be allotted on the contestants following the standards and processes of check-in covering all aspects of the check-in requirements including:
a) Fulfilling special guest requests related to check-in
b) Effective communication with guest(s)
c) Maintaining guest-centric service orientation applying presence of mind
d) Maintaining standard of etiquette and hospitable conduct with proper grooming
e) Contestants’ soft skills as well as front office skills would be adding value to the check-in process

4. Judges’ decision is final.
